「Very nice front desk receptionists with warm smiles and greetings. Both the lady and gentleman. The ice lemon water is definitely a plus. Room is clean, cozy, classic and clean. Will definitely come again when visit Ithaca. 」

「Just a quick overnight, but was a comfortable stay. Beautiful B+B and grounds. Had a little bit of road noise and the circle staircase was a bit scary at our ages, but neither were a reason to not return. 」

Ryan said it was booked solid and they can't guarantee early check ins, but he would keep his fingers crossed and think positive thoughts for it to happen. We got in at noon and Ryan's positive vibes worked and he was so wonderful and got us an outstanding room!
