「Das Personal war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr bequem. Das Buffet am Abend und auch das Frühstücksbuffet waren hervorragend. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 」

「Bei der Ankunft im Hotel am Samstag, dem 4. Oktober, wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Abendessen war köstlich. Auch das Essen am Sonntag war köstlich. Allerdings konnte ich am Sonntag nicht um eine Zimmerreinigung bitten. Ich musste mich an die Rezeption wenden, aber ab Montag war das Essen schrecklich. Wir vermuten, dass die ständige Wiederholung auf die Schließung des Hotels zurückzuführen ist, da die Kartoffeln nicht frisch vom Vortag waren und die Gerichte mehrmals aufgewärmt wurden....

「The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance.
