「This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! Our room was well appointed and beds very comfortable, with a nice ensuite and shower. This property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property! 「We had a lovely stay at this hotel and really couldn’t fault it all. The staff were lovely, warm, friendly, very kind & obliging, the room had all the facilities you needed, was very clean, quiet and had fabulous views. The food in the restaurant was very good & offered a nice selection. The continental breakfast was perfect (muesli, granola, mixed berries, yoghurt etc - all my favourite things) & they even provided oatmilk. Above all that it was exceptional value, so we’ll definitely come again...

「We loved ot here and i have nothing bad to say about it the service was 100% the breakfast was great and even when we arrived and we couldn't open our window nothing was to.much trouble and he just got on and did it me and my other half are definitely going to make coming here a regular thing amd the afternoon tea was excellent thank you and see you again soon 」
