「No ice in the ice machine, room had a horrible smell, the mattress was as hard as the floor and there was no heat or air in the room.」

「This was a great house, very conveniently located to visit our son at Adrian college. They had everything we could need. I would highly recommend this house and these renters.」

「It definitely served our needs for one night while passing through. It looks like it used to be a pretty major hotel back in its day (glass elevator overlooking what probably used to be an indoor pool.) 「The first room I was given had dirt between the sheets as well as something pink spilled in them. Soaked through to the mattress pad. I could tell they had not been changed. I politely asked for a set of clean sheets as I believed one of the beds had been overlooked. He said he will come change them.
