"You get more for your money in a travel lodge than in this hotel. Paid for a luxury room, there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge. Unable to get a drink between the hours of 11am - 15:00. Only purchase breakfast if you enjoy continental. Staff unhelpful when trying to book transport - they wouldn’t help me with the uber app and ordered for me instead, cost me 59 euros on what should have been a 19 euro journey. No cash allowed, only card."
