The best hotel we have stayed in, very close to Central Amsterdam and easy to get to (only 15-20 mins by tram). The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and overall a great experience. We will definitely be returning.

Good size room for two, comfortable bed, smaller bathroom but it worked. The breakfast good, but the eggs & sausage had been warm for a while so they were not great. Easy to find from tram, helpful & friendly staff. Overall would stay again.šŸ‘

Staff was great. Bed wasnā€™t great, was two twin mattresses with a mattress top that kept moving and a thin sheet as a bed sheet. Bathroom had no amenties or even shelf in the shower to put stuff on

Good for what you need. A little bit of a walk to central but easy tram or train connections. Lovely but comfortable bed with decent size TV. Unfortunately there was mould in our room by the wardrobes. We werenā€™t in the room enough to really be bothered by it. Also you get given 2 coffee pods and then our room wasnā€™t cleaned for the whole weekend so no refill and my partner asked for a coffee, was made one and it was added to our bill! Would have been nice to know thereā€™s a charge or be told to ask to clean the room/get more coffee. Overall we were happy with our stay and very pleasant staff members! For the price, it does the job! Also you can only smoke the special tobacco out the front.

In general we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The service was nice and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. However, the space in the room and the bath was a bit limited to store all our things.

Would definitely stay again.

Great service at this hotel. Very friendly and they even gave us a bat and ball set for our son to play with and had spare umbrellas on hand for the unpredictable weather. Hotel was clean, modern and felt very safe. Key access required to enter the corridor with rooms as well as to the room doors. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom small but modern and stylish. The breakfast offering was good.
