「I have stayed at the Rivertown Inn several times and it is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient. The rooms are dark and simple but have everything you need. I found the best rate booking through Expedia.」

「The room was dirty. You could tell someone was sitting on the bed with propped up pillows, trash can had a dirty pair of underwear in it and trash on the floor. We were then given a room with a single queen bed (we paid for a room with 2 single beds). It was a tiny nasty room with torn curtains. We were under time constraints or we would have waited in line for another room.」

「I’ll explain a bit about the 1 star rating but first, the positives. The front desk (owners) were very pleasant and kind when we checked in and parking was easy and plentiful. After that, I should have left instead of paying $250+ for our night in that hotel. I am actually stunned that a hotel in a college town could get to that point. I almost forgot where we were. It’s very close to having a drug motel vibe. Cracked old vinyl chairs in lobby, water stains on tile ceilings down hallway, broken...

「Nice Hotel, I would stay there again. It was a short stay so I didn't use pool area. Room was clean and very nice. Wasn't a huge fan of the bed, older spring matters, but I slept fine and my neighbors were not loud. Thin walls and can hear everything in hallway.
