Friendly front desk staff. Heating system is old school, not digital control and difficult to find a "right" temperature with the warmer/cooler circle guage. Nothing gluten free (beyond yogurt) for the breakfast.

This was a great place to stay on our recent trip to Evart. We gave 5 stars for the areas of staff (very helpful and friendly) and cleanliness; our room was immaculate, and the rest of the hotel was very clean as well. This hotel is a bit dated and the carpet was worn in a few places, but the excellent staff, cleanliness, and convenient location (right next to the Osceola County Fairgrounds) more than made up for that. We plan to stay here again!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in horrible shape. Cigarette burn marks on floors and tub; worn carpets and blinds and pot holed parking lot. The hotel also had an overwhelming antiseptic smell and the room smelled moldy. They are in serious need of an upgrade but unfortunately it is the only hotel in town.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I would like to see is an elevator put in. And maybe a little bit more choice for a breakfast. Waffles was the only thing offered for a hot breakfast. Other than that, very nice place to stay!

For the price this is a very good Hotel. You can tell it is older and worn, but the beds are comfortable the rooms were clean but needed updating. Carpeting was frayed but clean. The breakfast was good. Everything you really needed. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and courteous.
