「We loved our stay here! Mark was so kind and attentive. The food was lovely, the room incredibly clean and tasteful. Mark had recommended we go to Delaney’s (just a 3 min walk down the road) which was delicious. He also encouraged us to take the bus up to Loch Morlich, which I highly recommend! We hope you’ll enjoy staying here as much as we did ☺️」

「Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.」

「This is certainly a hidden gem located in Inverness. Upon arrival it was noticeable how clean the property looked. We were welcomed by a lovely young girl who checked us in and explained everything about our stay. The hallway up to our room was beautifully decorated and very modern looking. Our room was lovely, very spacious and it was spotless. The added bonus was the basket of goodies left in the room for us, my husband was very grateful indeed. We had continental breakfast as part of our stay...

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。
當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～
早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。
不像4星飯店～
櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～
非不得已不會想再來住」

「The Bank House was tucked away in a neighborhood. Not your typical hotel accommodation. Kind of a cross between a hotel and AirBnB. Private parking available.
Upon arrival, had to ring the bell for someone to greet you and let you in. This and checkout were really the only times we had contact with staff.
Room was quite large and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. One of the most during our 12 day stay in Scotland.
Bathroom with plenty of room. However, the toilet required a below...

「Service is good, breakfast is excellent. Wifi is slow and disconnect every 5 mins. Due the night time between 1700-2130. It is because, they share with the pub and restaurant guest wifi. When you showers the water sometimes hot and cold. The room is nice.Easy to park.」
