「Room had a smell when we first got in, had to buy Fe breeze. Shower had three shampoos, had to go downstairs to get body wash and conditioner. Elevators don’t work in the mornings so you have to take the stairs. Had a 5/5 experience last July 2025 but wasn’t the same this time. All staff member were friendly and helpful so I will give it another try; it could have been just a one time thing. 3/5 stars.」

「The housekeepers were amazing! They cleaned my room within minutes and did an incredible job! Also, the room itself was nice and I feel you got more than what you pay for」

「Clean as usual! There’s always a card saying who cleaned and they really clean good. Check in is always easy! And if you late night checking in there’s a McDonald’s close for fast food and several others right up the street」

「the pool was closed, my car was almost broke into... if I wouldn't have been outside the guy would have broke in my car... there was used q-tips under the sink... I wouldnt recommend」

「Very clean and quit room」

「The room itself was nice but I can tell that the bathroom was not cleaned. There was a plastic fork under the sink and dark streaks on the floor. It hadn’t been swept. The bed sheets were clean, however. The ac wasn’t working the greatest. Instead of it being cool it would get hit then cool off. We only stayed one night so we endured. Sadly, I expected more for a newer hotel. On a lighter note, the breakfast was good.」

「Checked in and immediately checked out. Lobby was clean and smelling well, but the rooms had a terrible strong musty smell. In spite of staff trying to accommodate me in a second room that one smelled even worst. In addition, the elevator was out of service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay, and go somewhere else.」

「The property was good. The lady that was working in the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful and very sweet to my granddaughter. The first room we had had a weird blood stain on the sheets, which is normal. I get that it was just yucky so she moved us right away. The second room was great clean Fresh.
