"The room was clean, but pillows weren't the best. We were located in the main hallway, so our room was very noisy with traffic walking past to the pool or the restaurants. We had a walk out to parking lot, so it was noisy in the morning with people leaving. The pool area was good for a smaller waterpark. Overall pretty clean. Arcade was decent, but did not give out a lot of points for the prizes at the counter, so kids were a little disappointed in the quality there. The staff were friendly and welcoming."

"The room I picked wasn’t what I got when I got there was smaller. Had to wait 10-20 mins for an elevator, everyone I ran into was all complaining and saying they wouldn’t go back there which I wouldn’t go back either, worst hotel I been too and you have pay a lot for parking which is blind sided with"

"The person that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The valet / bellman were fantastic. The amenities are great and convenient. The hotel room was nice, good size but needs better lighting. The carpet needs to be changed/removed. The linens had stains. The pullout couch was comfortable however needs to be replaced. "

"Fabulous view. Good free coffee. Pool clean. Good location. No breakfast so take something if you don’t want to go out of hotel early. Closest restaurant is Applebees which had mediocre food and was dirty."

"Free arcade games were a fun bonus for the kids. Room could have been cleaner (dust, torn sheet, crumbs by drinking glasses). Pool and hot tub were great and appreciated. Good stay. "
