「I was in town for the Berlin Marathon. This is the third time that I have stayed at this location. The location is so convenient. From the airport it is a train to Berlin Hauptbahnhof then a transfer to any of S3, S5, S7, or S9 lines and 3 stops later you are at Zoologischer station. From there it is one block to the Smartments. There is grocery store right in Zoologischer station. The apartment has a really nice kitchen with full supplies. 「Had a beautiful little suite. Clean and in great shape. Check-in was at the neighbouring niu hotel. Staff are multicultural and speak English and some German. 「Sehr gutes Konzept, Check in und out problemlos, Atmosphäre ein wenig steril」

My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Mr Nicholas also replied quickly whenever I had a question. Prices...

「Excellent location within easy walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie and parts of the Berlin Wall. Lots of eating and shopping around the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and modern. A 5 star hotel and experience, especially with afternoon mgr- Mr Ati, who is super attentive and helpful」
