Had a beautiful little suite. Clean and in great shape. Check-in was at the neighbouring niu hotel. Staff are multicultural and speak English and some German. Minor hiccup with Berlin room tax (shame on you Expedia for not including this) and their credit card terminal not working but we eventually got it sorted out. I’d definitely stay here again

Not very clean, kitchen wares were super dirty, first stove did not even work so we had to change rooms. Had rugs in the room with lots of dirt. Everything was dusted, and weird stains in curtains and sheets.

Check in sehr aufwendig Parken kostenpflichtig gebucht. 21 Euro. Dafür wartet man, in meinem Fall 15 Minuten. Echt schlecht.

Good hotel but…

It’s a fab hotel, has great priced eateries, of great quality at end of road, as well as supermarket, the train for town is just 10 mins away but why they didn’t install air con is anyone’s guess, it’s a must The room never cooled to make it bearable, even with fan on 24/7. The bathroom worse

Not the best visit, I'm afraid. The property is challenging to access (the hotel I booked under is named something different) and when I arrived at the hotel, the reception desk was closed. I had to check into another hotel's desk, which wasn't very clear. I also think the fact the rooms are only cleaned weekly to be a big downside. The rooms accumulate a lot of dust, so much so that when I checked into the room it was dusty already. After 2 nights, it was very noticeable, but I don't think its fair to expect guests to pay for housekeeping when the building is so dust/dirt prone. I wouldn't recommend staying again.
