「Beautiful historic building, and our room was very large. Looked like some of the bathroom was redone but obviously plumbing was older. Water temperature in shower would get very hot or cold suddenly without being touched. Lots of stairs! Room temperature was not adjustable, noticed fans in the closet but saw no thermostat. Staff was fantastic! Vijay and Joyce were super friendly, and everyone was very polite and accommodating. Joyce even suggested a lunch spot for us on our way to our next...

「From the moment we arrived at the culloden house we received five star service. We stayed at the house for 3 nights. The staff went above and beyond to make our first trip to Scottland great. The facility amenities and room were very clean. We ate breakfast and dinner which were great! The bar service was great! The garden was beautiful. We picked apples off a tree located in the garden and fed the highland cows which are located in a pasture behind the house. The hotel has a gentlemen that...

「I checked in about 7:00pm and my Booked room had been given to another guest. I was given the “last” room - a twin with basin in the room (tells you how outdated it was). Website also clearly states bar is open till 12 for guests. By the time I picked my partner up from Inverness airport and got back to hotel about 11:20pm (both looking forward to a “refreshment” after her delayed flight) everything was closed down for the night. Poor accommodation Poor service from staff giving a specified...

「I stayed in three different hostels for my first Scotland trip. This is the best one out of the three. Definitely I will return during my next visit to Inverness. This hostel was the only one that could accommodate my request for a lower bunk bed, which I greatly appreciated, as I needed to wake up in early morning. Location: Very affordable rates and just about 15min walk from the town center. It is easier to walk from Morrison, and for those needing to travel to the airport, there is a bus...
