「Zimmer wurde bei 4 Übernachtungen nicht einmal gereinigt. Es gab nur 1 Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar. Sonst Standardfrühstück ohne Variationen.」

「Some of the staff are very rude especially front desk Jasmine some rooms have bugs and they allow pets that are not leashed which I was frightened of when on my way to work. They do try to accommodate to switch rooms if your unhappy parking is ok but my kid car had got hit from the back while parked. Housekeeper Carmen is very nice property manager is nice.」

「Site said double bed and showed pictures of 2 beds, but the room only had 1 bed. First room we got to had a leak as well. They moved us to a new room that smelled very moldy.」

「First room we got had unknown stains on the carpet. So they did change are room but it was a bit smelly. It’s next to the highway so we definitely heard the cars at night. Breakfast was good. Your basic breakfast, they did have a waffle makers so that was good. Parking is free so big plus. Staff was friendly but we never got our beds remade they only took out the garbage. Also they gave us only three towels and we had 4 guess. It was close to the mall and a lot of food places. Pool and jacuzzi...

「The hotel staff was great. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very accommodating.Had a great stay. The only thing I didn’t like was our pullout bed was pretty beat up and uncomfortable. But that’s not too big a deal lol I definitely would stay here again.」

「My shower was clogged they didn’t come until 3 hours later still didn’t fix the issue just pooled some liquid down the drain and said it should be resolved but it didn’t called back and they never came back up! Luckily it was about 12 family together and my family and I were able to shower in a different room! The hot tub was disgusting!」
