「Staff were great, everything was clean except the top of the shower where the tile meets the wall. They need to spend some time cleaning the mold stains. Other than that, everything else was clean and pool/hot tub were excellent after a long day on I-5.」

「When the check in staff mentions that your room is on the first floor overlooking the parking lot so you can keep an eye on your car, you’ve got to wonder, why do I need to watch my car? The property ground are in bad shape: not well maintained, over grown, trash strewn about. The room I stayed in was basic and in need of updating but was very clean. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was nice.」

「Didn’t receive information on checking in after sending repeat request for a PIN number for the room. Only got in room with help from cleaning lady. Odd there is no staff onsite for assistance. Very poor WiFi, tv couldn’t connect or get a signal. Room only had one night lamp, still had bugs on floor, pet potty area needed maintenance, no grass only dirt. Needed more towels. Room was very spacious.」
