「We stayed two times over the past 2 weeks at the Cooks Endeavour Motor Inn. During the first stay we were allocated a room at the end of the quadrangle, and down a short corridor. 「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. 「本次住宿我支付了 AUD 384，但整體體驗卻極為失望。 首先，房間內竟未提供基本備品——吹風機。當晚櫃台已關閉，我致電飯店僅被告知需等到隔天早上 9:30 之後才能提供，對於當下急需使用的情況毫無協助。最終我不得不向其他房客借用，極為不便，且令人感到尷尬。 顯然此為貴方工作疏失，忘記於房內擺放設備。但更令人在意的是，整個過程中飯店方面並未給予任何道歉或合理處理，完全忽視客人感受與基本服務品質。」

「We stayed 5 nights in one bad room , the room is clean and comfortable with great ocean view, we all loved the kitchen and balcony very much, we enjoyed cooking in the apartment and BBQ by the swimming pool, it needs about 8 mins walk to the supermarket and restaurant but just a mins walk from beach. The staff Jenny is beautiful, nice and helpful, she answered our question fast and fluently. highly recommend this appartment to the others who love sunshine and the beach.」
