I was suprised with a birthday treat to my door and a card which was super sweet and an excellent touch. Everything was clean. Room service made my bed and changed my towels everyday. Staff was kind and helpful even with the language barrier( I practiced communicating in Spanish). Check-in and check- out was easy and quick. My birthday accommodations were amazing. It convenient and a 5minute walk to the El Dorado Mall. All the restaurants are withing walking distant and my family and I felt safe walking in the area. Please add more English speaking channels to your TV Guide, a movie channel would be nice, not just CNN and Fox News. "
