I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. Nos dejaron entrar antes del horario, la habitación estaba limpia y cuando el aire no funcionó nos cambiaron enseguida a otra con mejor vista a la piscina y al jacuzzi, que los niños disfrutaron muchísimo. 「Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us.
Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering.

「We had an amazing stay in River Soul hotel.
It was modern and clean and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The view from the roof bar is unbelievable and such a good location for all the best spots around town.
We were there for a birthday and they evening surprised us with a lovely bottle of fizz and cake when we arrived back from a day out!! Such a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Porto.」
