Beautiful hotel in prime location overlooking the river and Porto. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room perfect. Just a 3 minute walk to the Dom Luís I Bridge giving you access to all of Porto. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Boutique hotel

This is a brand new hotel. The service was incredible. The location was amazing. The views were spectacular. I will definitely be staying here when I return to puerto.

Amazingg!!!

We had an amazing stay in River Soul hotel. It was modern and clean and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The view from the roof bar is unbelievable and such a good location for all the best spots around town. We were there for a birthday and they evening surprised us with a lovely bottle of fizz and cake when we arrived back from a day out!! Such a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

Stunning hotel in an amazing location! So easy to get over to the “Porto” side but also great location for accessing the cellars and park etc of Gaia. The hotel is spotless, very well thought out and considered and has good amenities. The breakfast is worth paying for! The views are great, staff very friendly and we would not hesitate to come back. The only criticism is that it would be good to have access to a coffee machine in room/ in a shared area as I feel other hotels at a similar price point offer this and we did miss this in our stay but that’s a very minor point! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Room was quite spacious. Hotel staff is very good. Didn't eat breakfast so can't address that. Great location just a few minutes walk for Douro river. Cons: Room furnishings a bit minimalistic. Nice little outdoor patio only had ONE chair which was weird for a room for 2. plenty of room for them to include a small desk area with maybe a hot pot/coffee.

The hotel was beautiful- the location was fantastic, the staff were wonderful and very helpful and the sunset view from the balcony and pool was the best we've seen! Each staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the cleaners were fantastic- our room was spotless. We will certainly stay again! The only thing I would say is that they could do with 2 chairs on the balcony. It's fine as there is another chair in the room, but it's too big to fit both chairs outside. They also offer free luggage storage after checkout which is really helpful.

The staff and service were great. The reason for my review is that this property advertises amenities they do not have. I booked this property and paid a premium price for what I thought I would get to enjoy on the property. Please note they do not have the following: sauna, steam room, indoor pool, washcloths, room service, or what you would call a dining restaurant. I did mention to the staff that it was disappointing to list perks when they are unavailable.

This property is in a great location to enjoy the Duoro River experience. Modern hotel with modern amenities. Walking distance to Duoro River and downtown Porto. Close to many restaurants and attractions.
