「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. 「Stayed with my mom for 8 nights. Wonderful small hotel in probably the best location in Val d’Isére. Great view from the room (south-facing) Dinner was absolutely amazing - great chef! Went out for dinner in town a few nights, but the best meals we had was in the hotel restaurant. Attentive staff and owner. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! 」
