The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. ...

Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids

La résidence et notre appartement étaient magnifiques, confortables, et tres bien équipés, avec des vues sublimes sur la montagne et les pistes de ski.
