"Great hotel for skiing holiday. Room had ample space for family of 4. Was worried about single bunk beds for my older teenagers but they were fit for purpose. Lots of storage for clothes and luggage. Wish there was more hooks for hanging up towels though. Overall very happy with our Christmas skiing holiday. Close to piste/gondola, town, restaurants... Very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!"

"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent. Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season! Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December 2024. Ultra convenient for Mont Blanc ski lift. "
