「Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」

「On the ski slopes, with grocery shop and ski hire shops opposite the hotel. Restaurant great. Rooms spacious and clean, suite had good kitchen area. The gondola is a 2 minute walk away and it runs free day and night to access the centre of town, bars and restaurants.」

「The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away. The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer. 「Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...
