"La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... "Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. The hotel staff reported that other guests and staff were sick but that it was “stomach flu” that was in the resort. (Last year they claimed that it was gastroenteritis that was in the resort) We had four other friends on the holiday that we skied and socialised with who were staying elsewhere. They had no issues with sickness. I have had over forty skiing holidays in the Alps and have been sick twice, both in this hotel. This hotel clearly has a problem and the staff and management are denying it. We will not be back. "
