We were blown away by the property. We simply didn't expect it to be so nice. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The walk into town is a bit long, but the weather was nice and we didn't mind. The only thing we were underwhelmed with was that when we asked to use the outside jacuzzi, a member of staff went to open it, checked the water temperature, told us that was going to be "not very hot" but didn't hear the water so we used it with lukewarm water, which isn't great. Breakfast is brilliant, the room pristine and welcoming. Love the bar with the great juke box!

Absolutely fantastic place on all counts

We loved staying at the chalet Eden. Everyone there were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable one. The room was beautifully done out, and very spacious. Best shower we've come across in ages. Breakfast was extensive and tasty. Every morning there was a guy available to drop you at the gondola station, no waiting around. They'd pick you up as well but we walked back each night as it wasn't very far. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was amazing. The manager was also extremely helpful when someone accidentally took my skis on the mountain. He helped to liaise with the la rosiere ski hire shop so we could swap them back. Everything about this place was fantastic, would highly recommend it.

I was looking for a hotel near Courmayeur and chose Chalet Eden - it turned out to be further away from Courmayeur than I expected and we the drive to get to it was fairly steep and curvy. Had I known I probably would not have chosen it, however was in the end very glad that I did. The staff were excellent, the location beautiful and the hotel itself very tastefully and thoughtfully done. Sufficient on street and some garage parking. The hotel garden/park is bordered by a river presumably gushing down from the surrounding mountains. We made good use of the outdoor bar there, the hammocks and loungers. Incredibly relaxing. We're also considering it for a winter holiday as it is just a couple of hundred meters from the ski lift.

Could be great .........

This is a good hotel that could be a superb hotel BUT there are a few things that really need attention.First the good -- room size and design, garage parking, nice, friendly staff, location, courtesy minibus to ski lifts. BAD -- Breakfast is a shambles(food constantly running out and not replenished until a complaint is made,no fresh bread at all, very little fruit),coffee machine in room --but no cups or milk.Spa is a long way from ready.
