「Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice.」

「We had a great spot with this hotel’s location along the Palma beach promenade. Hotel Breakfast and dinner choices were plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions. Bike storage was good. Bed was comfortable and room cleaning was attentive. Adults only was a plus! Pool time and deck shades were available. Local entertainment on weekends added to our experience. 「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
