"The carpet in the room was filthy, and the property felt dated and in need of some updating. However, the bellmen were very helpful and provided excellent service. The front desk representative who checked me in failed to inform me that the walk-in breakfast price was higher than the rate offered when paying in advance. At the time of check-in, I wasn’t sure whether I would be able to wake up in time for breakfast, so I decided not to purchase it in advance. Clear communication about the price difference would have allowed me to make a more informed decision. The Wi-Fi was good, and the breakfast was average. Overall, while the helpful bellmen and reliable Wi-Fi were positives, the cleanliness of the carpet and lack of transparency regarding breakfast pricing negatively impacted my experience."

"Amazing stay! The room was small, but very clean and organized. The location was great for a solo traveler and felt safe. It is also about a 10 minute walk to Paddington Station, which was easy to get from the airport and back. There’s a tube and bus station nearby, so easy access to transportation and getting around the city. I would stay here again!!"

"The rooms are basic, just sleeping, no tv. Was clean. The staff was very awesome and friendly, willing to help with anything, got there early and the room wasn’t ready. They let us leave our luggage there while we explored the neighborhood until the room was ready. Once the room was ready they let us check in even thought it was before check in time. I would go back to this hotel."

"We booked this because of the free parking and that turned out great! The property isn't updated but we only slept there anyway. If youre looking for somewhere really nice this is not a good fit The staff were super nice and helpful. The weird thing was that they have you leave the room key at the front desk when you go out which was not good. On the plus side its right across from Hyde Park and Kensington gardens."

"Fantastic hotel. Perfect location, a minute from South Kensington station. Our room was amazing, spacious, clean, super comfy bed, top notch. The towels were fabulous, the mini bar was stocked and complimentary. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely stay again."
