"Very clean "

"Breakfast wasn’t bad. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean the housekeeping clean the room every day while we were there however it was very noisy. Couldn’t get too much sleep. The people that were Next to us kept waking up my baby. The bathroom in the room has a sliding door for a wall coverage that lets all of the light out of the bathroom into the bedroom so that’s not good for people that is sleeping. Other than that I had a good day."

"Our stay was top tier. I appreciated the option to use complimentary valet parking. The breakfast was very good with many different options. The room was very clean. Check in and check out was very quick and efficient. "

"Lovely Hilton property in Harlem. Wonderful well appointed room, newish property with a nice gym and outdoor seating (off the bar depending on weather). Very friendly, helpful and accommodating front desk and hotel staff. Definitely, will be back in the future. The location is not exactly central if Broadway/Lincoln Center shows are on your agenda. We stayed at the hotel because of its proximity to Columbia U. We were there on a college tour."

"Overall it served its purpose. Breakfast could have maybe a little more options or maybe rotating menu items. Front desk receptionist seemed kind of out of it when we were checking in but after that the other receptionist was fine. The bed in one of our rooms had something going on with it because I myself broke out in multiple rashes even after having housekeeping change the sheets but everyone else was fine. Overall good experience for what we were there for. Convenient access to different foods and stores."

"The property was clean and you can tell that it's new but there's extension cords for the lighting in the room, the mattress was way too firm, I smelled marijuana smell all night to the point of migraine headache and the lobby refreshments area never had all the items for a quick cup of coffee on the go. For this stay, just one night, it did everything I needed, provided a place to rest. But if you needed multiple nights, this would be a 1-star location."
