「The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.」

「The rooms are nice & spacious. I love that under the bed was open so we could put our luggage under them to save space. Full refrigerator, some cabinets, a little closet bar with shelf on top & a little burner stove. I don't know what the TV would show if just turned on because it could connect to YouTube & that's all my daughter needed. Traveling with kids, you'd be set! 😉 We didn't use the laundry machine still they looked easy to access & maintained. Overall, we would stay there again.」

「The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

「We lucked out and got a room downstairs,which helped when carrying our work equipment out and in. The restaurant selection within walking distance was great!! All we can say is add Ramen Noodles to the selection in the lobby!! We would of killed it for late night snack」
