「Excellent! Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious and fresh. Parking was secure and easy to access. We stayed there 5 days and they did clean up every day. 」

「The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.」

「At first glance, the hotel is modern and newer. Once I got to the room, I was not satisfied with the dirty surfaces. The kitchen sink had grime around the faucet and drain area. The bathroom door looked very dirty and did not get wiped. There was a smear of fresh looking makeup on there. The bathroom door and ceiling paint is peeling already. Poor obvious spackling on ceiling with paint not matching and sanding not done. The shower floor and shelves were dirty with black dirt and fuzz residue....
