"Rented 2 rooms. Both had mediocre AC. Advertised as included breakfast until 1030. At check in, night manager told us it ended at 10, so we went at 915 to find it closed. Front desk said we should have checked paper included with room key sleeve and wouldn’t offer any sort of credit since it was through Expedia - great satisfaction guarantee. Expedia made it right and gave me a credit. "

"There was a weird smell when we walked into the room, so we had to open the door to try to get rid of it. The room is dirty, with dust in every corner of the room and walls covered with plaster of god knows what. My kids were walking barefoot in the room, and it left their feet black. The refrigerator was not working ( I didn't care since we had nothing to put in it). The pool was dirty, so we didn't use it (cloudy water)."

Whether it’s water pressure, cleanliness, or availability, it didn’t meet basic expectations and made the visit less comfortable. This is something that should be addressed to improve the overall experience for customers."
