「We were greeted and assisted by the front desk personnel (Elise) - she also made sure if everything is good, however, we had a long drive from California, I was exhausted I forgot to reply back. Our suites were clean and ready. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fridge and kitchen area very clean. Toilets and showers are properly working without pressure cloggeds, nor water drips or etc. Only situation happened, there was a drilling noise echoing nearby it sounded something was being fixed late...

「For a last minute room, the price was great. It was very convenient due to it being very close to the airport. It took me 5 minutes to get there, it was fantastic! The staff was very polite and welcoming. Also for a Best Western, it’s the best one I been to. Highly recommend and will be staying there again in the future 」

「飯店住宿整體感覺都不錯，但是唯獨早餐服務感覺不太好，飯店免費供應早餐到九點，但其實在8:30的時候已經沒有鬆餅漿與燕麥粥，但仍然有非常多的住客來用餐，問服務人員結果他們說他們不會再補缺少的食物了！在美國旅行多年，住過不同的旅館但這是第一次看到有如此服務的飯店。所以晚來用餐的客人只能自認倒霉了～」

「The hotel was clean, the rooms had very cute kitchen set uos and the breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and kind. They were the Best part of the hotel. 」

「"They gave me a super spacious room, which had everything it should have and was very clean. The facilities were all in good working order. At the entrance of the lobby, there was icy cold water and flavored water with fruits, allowing me to cool down in the hot weather. Additionally, I appreciate hotels that offer boiled eggs or eggs with butter. I think this is really great value for money."」
