「Our check in was great, even though my DIL had booked the wrong date for their stay. The original room my son got had some spiders, snekked and had a cigarette burn in the sheet. Management moved them to another room, with no issue. After that, both our rooms were clean and smelled good. Son did find a tiny baby gecko in the room and released it outside. 「Originally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. 」
