"The hotel and room was nice enough, the breakfast had good variety and was well suckered and the pool was clean. Our only issue was that the curtains in the room did not block out any light and it looked like daylight in our room at 4a. We had to go to Walmart to get sleep masks for our second night. Definitely recommend they upgrade to black out curtains!"

"The location was very convenient and close to the port, and the pool area was clean and really beautiful. However, we were required to use valet parking, which added extra cost and was inconvenient especially traveling with kids and needing to access items in the car. After driving 12+ hours, it felt rushed and stressful trying to unload everything without any alternative parking options. Our room also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay less comfortable. Breakfast was fine, but the snacks available were overpriced."

"Hotel staff was not available when we arrived; rang bell and waited at check in. Marketing materials said pool closed at dusk. It was still light out when we checked in, but there were padlocks on the pool. Same thing the next morning, up to check out time. At check out, wanted to grab coffee in the lobby, but there was no creamer. I asked about it and was told it's only in the breakfast room. The breakfast room was closed by that time."

"This place is only a place to lay your head. The pool, the chairs were broken in the room. We stayed in there were three loose outlets in one reverse polarity, one.. we had no hand towers or washcloths. No soap and there were zombies sleeping across the street on the street"
