"Very disappointing stay due to AC issues and poor handling of the problem. From the first day, I reported that the AC was not properly cooling the bedroom. The living room eventually became cold, which showed that I had the AC set correctly, but the bedroom vent provided little to no cold air. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I wasn’t following the AC instructions correctly. I tried calling several times to explain the issue, but my calls were ignored. Top Elliott Key Hotel Reviews

Novotel Miami Brickell

Novotel Miami Brickell

10/10 Excellent
"I have to say they have the most helpful staff that I have experienced in a long time! Mohammed at the front desk, Mohammet in the restaurant, the management staff, and everyone else we encountered were extremely accommodating. I had a bit of a mix up with my booking, and they took care of it with diligence. I discovered the hotel because I was attending a conference there, but I’m very happy to add it to my list of go to when I come to the Brickell area. Thank you to all!"
