"The pool was nice and staff was great."

"The only thing good about this place was the pool. Staff kept hustling for money, that was the only way to get a table at the nicer restaurants. Of course it was great it was Mexico but that really put a damper on the vacation. Also there was a problem with room 3007 it was in livable and had a mold problem. Only way for a different room was 1000 dollar upgrade to the room by the ocean. I love Cabo but I will never stay here again. My clothes smelled musty when I got home had to wash three times to get the smell out. Thanks Rui Sante Fi but no way. I’ll stay somewhere else next time! Airing my suitcases out because they smell like the musty room"

"Enjoyable place. Restaurants were actually very good. Bar/Restaurant scene is as expected for an All Inclusive. Service was good. Rooms were fine. For the price $$$,…very good deal. Views from hotel rooms and pools were excellent. "

"A tough resort to navigate - 3 elevators. Buffet was lackluster and pool needs to redone (tiles falling off). Loved the beach area and opportunity to snorkel. "

"The food on this property is absolutely amazing!! The rooms are also clean and the service is top-notch. However, the one large downside is how much this hotel is constantly trying to sell you and the constant sales pitches. After our flight that was delayed 3 hours, the hotel staff wasted another hour trying to persuade us to joining a time-share meeting for the property. Highly recommend this hotel staff take it down a notch as it really turns customers off. "

"Room was nice, amenities were great. Food would probably be my only let down. I get having to mass produce for that amount of people is no easy task but it felt little watered down and more catered to outsiders. Outside of that though we did enjoy our stay. Proper rating would be 3.5/5. "
