"We booked the Excellence Club but didn't feel as if the welcoming staff there prepared us for how to best get around and use the resort property. We didn't learn about the app until we asked someone hours later about the various restaurants on property."

"We had a wonderful stay, especially thanks to the amazing staff. Every single person we met was friendly, kind, and genuinely happy to help. As parents of a young child, we especially appreciated how everyone gladly helped us with baby food and every other request. Our room was always spotless. A special thank you to Esther Perez for taking such wonderful care of it. We also appreciated Kyle at the front desk when we checked out. I only wish I knew the names of the many other staff members who made our stay so special—they truly deserve recognition. The resort was clean, peaceful, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was lovely to walk around the beautiful grounds, and our room was quiet at night, so everyone slept well. Our children absolutely loved the pools, the water park, and the little shuttle that took us there. It was a perfect place for a family vacation. The only small issue was the lighting in our suite. One light switch was in a different room and seemed to control several lights, which was a bit confusing at bedtime. Maybe we simply didn't figure it out correctly. Overall, this was a very minor issue. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this resort to families with young children."
