「Excellent customer service! Eveyone eas super friendly. In a very safe area, Ubers are cheap and reliable there and walking distance from many restaurants. Room was very clean and modern」

「Great location, great hotel, great staff. We will visit again」

「Everything is fine.」

「Gorgeous property with very kind and helpful staff!」

「I have stayed at this hotel in San Jose a number of times. It continues to be a delightful place to stay, the rooms are clean and quiet. The grounds are clean, the pool is refreshing. The morning ‘coffee break’ is a nice benefit. And I have used the available parking lot as well.」

「Misleading because I paid for an ocean front room and none of their properties are actually ocean front so not worth the extra price. Definitely not ada friendly as certain areas only have several flights of stairs you have to take to get to certain areas of the resort. Room service food is not good. Food at UA was good that’s the only restaurant I tried here. And I was told I would receive a birthday dessert and never received it.」

「Bar not having modelo」
