「The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, but the blankets were dirty. I showed one of the cleaning ladies my blanket and asked for a clean one. She said it was just old, folded it, stored it in the cabinet, and gave me another blanket. I left right afterwards and didn’t really look at it. 「Nice hotel - very big room and almost everything you need in it except for an iron and ironing board. I was a bit disappointed to realise there was no cleaners during my stay to give fresh towels, empty the kitchenette bin, make/change the bed like a standard hotel etc. The poolside bar is only really open if you are having breakfast, otherwise there is nothing really there and you need to walk 15 minutes up the road to the supermarket. There are key cards for entry to the pool area however...

「Lovely hotel, good facilities. Without exception, all members of staff were outstanding. Pool areas are lovely and well maintained. Only let down was the room - we had a silver room on the 16th floor. Very loud with small children - we realise it’s not an adults only hotel, however separating couples and families with small children shouldn’t be that hard surely? Given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms. 」

「Ett charmigt och mycket speciellt hotell. Man ska vara natur- och friluftsintresserad för att uppskatta det till fullo. Det ligger mitt i "ingenstans" med vandringsleder utanför dörren. Mycket rustika rum, men fullt bekvämt - men det kan vara kallt med otät dörr. Å andra sidan härligt att kunna elda i kaminen på kvällen, det blev varmt och charmigt. Gaskamin finns också. Trevlig restaurang med enkel men god mat. Frukosten utmärkt. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam men de flesta talar bara spanska.」
