"The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it. "

"We stayed at AYZ Joaquín Pol for 4 days and were very satisfied with our experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, located in a safe neighbourhood with convenient bus stops nearby and shops just a few minutes’ walk away. The check-in system was seamless, allowing us to access all doors directly through a simple email link. The apartment featured a spacious terrace and reliable air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the availability of filtered hot and cold water in the communal hallway. Everything was well organised, and we never needed to contact the hosts. Overall, an excellent stay at a great price and highly recommended."
