The first floor like it said is actually up flights of stairs. Use the main door key twice and room key at your room if you can find it. Paper thin walls don’t go here stay away.

We stayed at AYZ Joaquín Pol for 4 days and were very satisfied with our experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, located in a safe neighbourhood with convenient bus stops nearby and shops just a few minutes’ walk away. The check-in system was seamless, allowing us to access all doors directly through a simple email link. The apartment featured a spacious terrace and reliable air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the availability of filtered hot and cold water in the communal hallway. Everything was well organised, and we never needed to contact the hosts. Overall, an excellent stay at a great price and highly recommended.

the online check in process was excruciating and took more than 30 minutes to get into our room. very hard to understand when only able to speak english. room was nice and area was nice.

The room was quite small, the bed took up most of the room and it was a small double bed. Getting in is easy enough, and there are several shared bathrooms. There was only 2 places to eat within walking distance and that was not a good experience. The bed creaks a lot everytime I moved. It is enough to just sleep, and the WiFi is fine, but it is super minimal.

This is a scary place, got there and found the room I was assigned had an undone bed, towels from the prior guest and a trash bin full of water bottles, building looks like a college room, some weird dudes with their door open, not a place I would recommend

me gustó el sitio , cerca de parada de bus y súper igual a las fotos, limpia y tranquila. De lo único que me falló aparte de el cheking tan largo era que en la habitación tenía hormiguitas. En la foto sacan la terraza pero está cerrada con una valla.

Me ofrece excelente que no permitan fumar dentro de la propiedad , pero cuando llegamos la habitación apestaba a humo de cigarro tu ve que encender el aire y después abrir las puertas porque era demasiado el olor y la cama y las almohadas olían demasiado a humo de tabaco

Incómodo, sucio y desatendido.

El check in es todo online y metes tú todos los datos, no es nada cómodo. Más incómodo aún es tener que abrir las puertas solo con el movil porque si vas al baño tienes que llevártelo encima. Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban sucios. Si quieres toallas y limpieza, te cobran extra.
