"The service and staff were amazing and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good.
Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than expected, especially the bathroom, which was very cramped. I also experienced a power outage, and the Wi-Fi could have been better."

"Hotel location is close to many bus lines to go out and explore Palma so that’s a great plus.
Please be aware it is a very basic hotel. While they do provide with shampoo and body wash, you will have to have your own conditioner and body lotion."
