"It was so nice to have a place to stay in Center City that felt more like a studio apartment complete with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and true kitchen sink. Really appreciated that the staff is on site 24 hours, and that they were able to accommodate a complimentary later checkout so I could finish a virtual meeting before heading to the airport. Great location, great hospitality!"

"Room was very satisfactory. Super clean, nice modern bathroom. Large room. Only complaint was front desk staff. They were cold, indifferent, and honestly looked like they hated their jobs. Unusual to see folks doing a hospitality job that seemed to hate interfacing with the public. The gentleman, Paul who handled luggage was the only bright light. Super pleasant and nice. Not so at front desk on both occasions, when I dropped my bags and later when I checked in."

"Booked prepaid and was told on arrival that they overbooked and were moving me to another crappier hotel with a double room (I booked king). Then find out I won’t even get the lower rate for the crap hotel. Ripped off false advertising. Won’t book with Aloft again."
