「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」
「I arrived there almost 4 hours earlier than the check-in time, but they tried their best to give me a room as soon as possible. They even upgraded my room since it was ready sooner than the suite I originally reserved.
The woman at the front desk was super sweet. The location was perfect for me since I was traveling by bus, and it was just 4 minutes walk to the bus station.
I did see one small cockroach there. However, according to people living in Oklahoma, it is quite common in the grand...
