"Great Value. Clean, efficient, safe. Perfect for overnight stay with my dog and family member. Would stay there again. I like simple, good value and don't need alot of frills. This hotel fit my needs well. Be care ful getting the right hotel. There are a few in the area and signs aren't well marked."

"SpringHill Suites are usually in better shape than this one. There were food crumbs in our room. Ceiling had a large crack in it. You have to use their valet service for parking and you are charged for this daily. However, their valet service on several occasions was running behind and it took a while to turn your car in or pick it up. The valet associates were very apologetic, but I'm disappointed in having to pay for a service that didn't deliver as promised. Just let us park our own cars and don't charge us for parking. Lastly, be aware that the hotel is located near a busy highway. You can hear every car driving by. Can be difficult to fall asleep if you're a light sleeper. Positives - The associates at the front desk were very polite and friendly. The bed and couch were comfortable. You can walk to other places in Bricktown."

"We stayed at the April 17-19 2026, at the Okana Resort on the 8 th floor which was perfect for us it was quiet and the balcony view facing the pool area was just breath taking!!! The suite was perfect!!!! We will return again. FYI the 2nd floor is very very busy with families and the indoor water park. There is not a free breakfast so we ate our for all our meals even though they have restaurants on site."

"The girls who did check in were professional and completed everything well but were not very personable and honestly seemed miserable to be there 😭 but we loved the room everything smelled cleaned and looked clean. Bed was comfortable everything was stocked. Pool and hot tub ready. Breakfast looked yummy and parking was easy!! Overall loved it even though our room was a bit worn. Walls were cracked/ chipping and the door to the bathroom was broken but that didn’t matter since I was only with my husband "

"We arrived in automatically did not feel safe. It looks like a run down building. They didn’t have the room we booked and then told me if I’m staying I need to pay an additional $100 after I had already paid online for two nights. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"There were cigarette butts at the entrance when we arrived. We had a hard time understanding the person checking us in. Then we went to the room snd there was mold in in the shower. The next morning we went to breakfast and there were no plates only bowls to eat out of.We were very disappointed in this hotel because we have stayed in comfort inns before and was never this bad! I should have bought the cancellation policy so I could have cancelled and went somewhere else!"
