Check in didn’t work, trying to go with the kiosk check in. Our Expedia confirmation was not the number in their system. We also wanted bottled water, they told us the only option was vending machines on each floor, we went to every floor and they were all sold out. Nice hotel but let’s get back to the basics.

The room was spotless. The staff was amazing. The jackrabbit restaurant though a little pricey was delicious. The waterpark was so much fun for the entire family and we even enjoyed the arcade. My kids loved losing to their dad at laser tag. We will definitely be coming in the summertime to enjoy the outdoor pool.

This is our 3rd time staying at Okana. We stayed this time for our daughter's 10th birthday and all the girls had a blast! My only negative thing to say is that we were denied a late check out, which the hotel has accommodated the last 2 times we stayed here.
