When we arrived, the staff were short with customers, and quite rude with how they explained their required $50 Damage Hold they put on your credit card, even if you have already paid for the room in full --there are much more polite ways to explain a policy such as this, but they were very demanding about that they were doing it and they didn't care what you thought about it. Our room didn't have a tv when we first went in, when we asked about it, they said they'd bring one. We freshend up and left. When we returned, there was a tv in our room, but our door was also left ajar. Who knows how long our room was open for anyone to walk in. The carpet was dirty and a bug fogger machine was accidentally left in our room too.
