"This property is a couple years old. It is very clean, the staff is awesome. My room was set up like a studio so keep this in mind if traveling with kids. There is no separate section for kids. The sofa is located at the foot of the bed with a nice TV. There is a kitchen w/dishwasher. When you drive up to the hotel the valet will park your car. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, the stadium etc. Very convenient to a lot of entertainment. The complimentary breakfast was standard but nice. Overall stay was great. "

"Great place to stay when you are planning a night out on the town. The bar was nice and you get a free drink token at check in (limited options). Parking was a but confusing but there are a bunch of parking garages and lots (paid) nearby. "

"This was by far the loudest room I’ve ever been in. Hardly slept either night. Police sirens and motorcycles sound like they’re right outside your window. We were on the 10th floor, but it was still like being on street level. Would not stay again. A lot of the amenities are closed as well."

"I was a guest on the first floor and was unable to use the ice machine because it was broken. There was no luggage rack, so I had to use the only chair in the room to unpack and pack my suitcase. There was no desk or table to write and use my laptop. I was awakened several times during the night because of the shaking of the bed due to other guests allowing their doors to be closed too strongly. There were people smoking majouna at the main door entrance to the motel. I feared for my safety and my car. . "

"I made this confirmation on Tuesday if last week. Arrived in Charlotte Friday and went to check in about 4 pm and there was no room available. This facility was overbooked and claimed to be more like an extended stay! I said that was written on the website. They said they knew. There were a lot of things going on in Charlotte this weekend. D fed up staying at Microtel by Wyndham. Was not happy about the cancellation and Microtel."

"It was my first stay at this location. I definitely loved the unit and the building it was located in. It is easily accessible via the train. Parking was convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended!!"

"Lobby looked good so I had high hopes for the room. All I can say is the beds were comfortable. Bathtub needed a good scrubbing . Toilet was wobbly-was afraid I'd tumble off at some point. Outlet by sink was hanging out of the wall. Breakfast-yuck. Coffee machine was broken, but did see a new one being wheeled in when we left. "
