「I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...

「Room, beds, and bathroom were clean. Staff was responsive to requests. I would stay here again.」

「False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here.」

「There’s no one there to meet you there’s no one there to help you. You have to do everything by key codes and passes to some people they might think that’s great. For me I couldn’t open my emails because I have a Canadian account and for some reason it wasn’t working. I found a lovely cleaning lady and she helped me.
