「The place was nice and conveniently located. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. And the first day the water didn’t get very warm/hot.」

「It was a beautiful hotel however I had to rate lower because it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave in the room I wasted sooo much food but the staff was sweet, conditions nice no concerns otherwise. Great location」

It is perfectly located within walking distance of Bourbon St., the Riverfront, Jackson Square, and Canal St. Only minutes from convenient excursion pick up points. We will be coming back on our next trip to New Orleans.」

「The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. 」
