「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property nothing was too much trouble for Fiona and James and I have booked again for next year. The room was on the ground floor with a good shower, drinks and biscuits and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional and I can't wait to return.」

「Excellently run b&b, spotless rooms and common parts, fantastic breakfast. Nothing but praise from us!」

「Friendly housekeeper 」

「We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.」

「早餐美味，房間尚算整潔，可惜偏细及沒有空調，我們房窗外也沒有景觀，沒有电梯，行李上房困難，泊車方便！有海灘景，職員冇禮！」

「worst and worst . Dirty , 黑店. 千萬不要入住. 以後再作補充. 此B&B Check out後固意把本來房間的損壞,要客戶賠償!」

「Very good location, well maintained, very clean rooms and bathrooms, helpful staff in breakfast. Just that there is no car park, not easy to find a free car park within walking distance.」

The decor/furniture in the public areas of the hotel is tasteful and suits the building. The bedroom and bathroom was clean, the bed very comfortable. Although we sat in the main restaurant for dinner we chose from the bar menu. The Shepherd’s Pie was tasty but could have been a bit hotter and the mash more crispy. Plenty to...

「Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot.」

「Very friendly and well run guest house. Free parking is possible in some side streets. At the quieter end of the town but bus stops nearby and buses run fairly regularly into town. Have stayed here many times and never had any issues.」

「This hotel is a really convenient place to stay when visiting Eastbourne, the water pressure isn’t that great but it’s relatively clean and stuff are helpful. They were happy to provide us with bands as it was particularly hot.」

「Looks really nice from outside but really dated inside, rooms are also very dated, shower was awful no pressure power at all」

「Good hotel」

「Nice buget accommodation No frills but good」
