「Friendly housekeeper 」

「We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.」

「I was disappointed with the room, the one I chose from the photos online was definitely not to the same standard. It was much smaller, I didn’t have a table and chairs (as shown in photos) I booked a double room with sea view, the bathroom, windows, door and walls were very tired and the work that had been done was not very well finished. Needed to buy my own bottled water for kettle as the tap water tasted awful. The lift was out of order, when I looked online it said they did breakfast, when I...

「This was an ok place to stay. No one was at reception when we arrived, so we were locked out. And we had a couple of other negative experiences with the staff. The room and breakfast were decent and it’s a nice location.」

「The hotel was clean and comfortable. On arrival, I was made to feel welcome and the hotel policies explained in a friendly manner including the WiFi password. The room was cleaned during my stay and there were complimentary amenities left in reception for guests outside of normal hours . This was a nice touch to be able to get extra milk for coffee late at night. Lovely friendly staff ,and great security . The location of the property is excellent. I would return again .」

「At arrival, the building was beautiful to behold- unbeknownst to us, it would hold a number of things that wouldnt quite match the outer beauty of the building. The staff were friendly enough, and the overall vibe in the lobby was cozy and gave a vintage vibe. 「I don’t recommend this hotel. Its only positive qualitiy is location. The first room we were given (3rd floor, lift out of order) smelt of stale tobacco smoke (despite 'no smoking' signs). We asked to change. The next room had an unwashed bathroom floor. The 3rd was small but we took it because it was cleaner and had a better view. When I noticed there was only one bath towel, I went down to speak to the male receptionist. I collected the extra towel from his office but the teabags he agreed to...

「False advertising- i paid for a room with air conditioning and upon getting to the room, the AC was broken with a sign. We requested a room change and our room was changed 4 times as all of the advertised rooms with AC didn’t have AC. Every room either smelled like pee or had something broken with cards asking for maintenance notes. Do not stay here.」
